   • Redesigned a rushed three-column test-compendium workflow so reviewers could distinguish source records, Labcorp destinations, and AI suggestions at a glance; the improved experience was approved to move forward.
   • Co-lead Labcorp's enterprise design system across Figma and a Bootstrap-based SCSS framework used by approximately 30 designers and researchers and the majority of internal product teams.
   • Initiated and co-led a standardized Angular and React component-library initiative; personally designed and developed 13+ reusable components with Angular as the source of truth and React at functional parity.
   • Prepare the libraries for first release through versioned NPM packaging, Storybook documentation, Figma Code Connect, adoption guidance, and joint roadmap governance.
   • Designed and independently developed UnifyUXR, an Angular application that normalizes and combines UserZoom exports with weighted calculations, reducing recurring analysis from hours or days to seconds.
   • Own end-to-end UX design for 2–3 internal healthcare web applications, from requirements to high-fidelity prototypes, partnering with product and engineering.

   • Diagnosed complex infrastructure, software, and hardware issues for enterprise customers across Nutanix AOS and AHV within SLA commitments.
